The Molding Jig Kit is designed to simply the crown molding installation process by effectively giving you an extra set of hands when used with a telescoping pole (sold separately). The jig securely holds your molding in place, properly oriented, freeing up your hands to nail the molding in place. This is particularly useful for long runs of molding. For short pieces, you can use the jig without the pole handheld. Purchase a 2-jig kit for the ultimate flexibility; have one for handheld use, and one pole mounted, or use both pole mounted.
